This Suzuki GN400 was already slightly modified at the rear when delivered. As is often the case the request was to fix the lines but as work and discussions continued the brief evolved.
-Cockpit cleaned and topped with Acewell all-in-one unit and electronic front wheel speed sensor.
-Tail loop was squared off as delivered so a complimentary design was drafted for a single unit steel, seat pan/rear cowl/battery box.
-A new fuel tank was selected to mirror the new squared off appearance and a steel skirt and rear mounting point was added to effect a slight rake in the base line.
-Wiring loom cleaned up and rerouted, ignition relocated to the under seat position.
All steel single unit seat pan/rear cowl /battery box.
Fuel tank skirts in steel.
Fuel tank/frame rear mounting point.
